Sun -- 10 miles with R10W1 (also will be walking quite a bit and trying hard to get in protein/carbs for recovery)
Mon -- R13W1R14W1
Tues -- R13W1R14W1 and/or XT
Wed -- Funeral -- Rest day
Thurs -- Running Club -- 2-3 slow miles at R13W1 -- light lifting.
Fri -- Vacation Day -- Jog 5k and learn course
Sat -- Dick Beardsley 5k Race in Detroit Lakes, MN
